Why Coaching?
According to a 2008 ICF Global Coaching Client Study of 2,165 coaching clients in 26 countries, companies that had used professional coaching for business purposes experienced a medium ROI of 7 times their initial investment.  Equally important, 80% of the respondents reported positive changes in self-esteem, self-confidence, relationships, communication skills, and work/life balance.
